Vegas Fires! Smoke and Ash Everywhere!

That's not really a problem. We have enough mice poo that you don't even notice it!

Well a lot of the smoke has cleared in the last hour because of the wind, so we opted to keep them outdoors. They are cooping up as we speak. As much as I would have liked to bring them inside, our problem with that is that when we let them free range out back, they know that inside is where the air conditioner is, so they try to fly through the windows and hit the glass. Not hard, but I'm still afraid they might injure themselves, so I am trying to break them of this habit and not bring them inside unless absolutely necessary. (Like during times of extreme heat).

Smoke seems to be out of the valley now. How did your girls do? We lucked out on the south side of town.

The girls made it through just fine, and we have been keeping an eye for respiratory distress, and so far they seem perfectly healthy. Huge relief
