Venison and our Girls

So, I am an avid hunter who believes in want not, waste not. I process my own harvests and therefore, I have a lots of scraps. Of which, most goes to my pups as emergency food when dog food runs out. However, I was curious if anyone else has given the smaller trimmings and scraps to their flock? Is there anything I should be concerned about (ie: the sinew, tendons, etc)?

I don't think sinew and tendons are digestible, so I don't know. They m8ght just pick it clean.

We left a bone with the birds this year as a treat and they are the bit of muscle and meat, but didn't seem to be a fan of anything a normal human would eat.

I coarse grind, bag (about 1 lb. Packs) & freeze organ meats, fats, trim. We process our own beef and pork, so have a good supply. They eat it all. I feed at least a bag a day for 25-30 hens.
