This is whats going on with my new splash Cochin Migi. She is only 5 days and i just cleaned her poof (vent) she had crusty bottom a lot of poo crusted up. I cleaned her off and her vent is swollen.
Can i use olive oil? and how can I make sure shes getting enough water? should I take a syringe and momma her for a couple?

A little olive oil around her vent area will help from any more poo building up. I would watch her and make sure she's eating, drinking and pooping normally. As for the swollen vent could she have a little dried poo built up in her vent? I know of someone that had to gently squeeze her chickens vent area to make sure she was cleaned out but I think her chicken was older. Could you give her a little warm water soak to see if it help her pass any poo?
