My New Hampshire hen has been very lethargic and weak lately and her vent area has this greenish poop stuck to it. I cut most of it off so it wouldn't cover her vent, but it has been a week and she is still the same. She is currently isolated from the rest of the flock but I am not sure what she has and how to treat it. Any ideas?

How old is she? Vent gleet causes bare red patches around the vent with white or yellow patches. She sounds more like she has diarrhea from some unknown illness. Worms, coccidiosis, enteritis, and other things can cause diarrhea. Many things can cause lethargy, including cocci. Is she eating or drinking? I would consider worming her with Valuate or SafeGuard, or treating her with Corid for cocci. A vet could check a stool sample for worms, cocci, and bacteria, which may better narrow down what is going on. Probiotics added to the water a couple of days a week can help promote intestinal health.
