WHAT IS THIS? She’s so swollen

(Her feathers are trimmed only below her vent), the rest is just kind of naked. This is after a bath. I’m assuming she’s got an infection… she has had diarrhea for a a long time with undigested bits. I treated her topically for vent gleet which seems to be gone but she still has all of this swelling and redness. She’s got explosive diarrhea. It’s better if I give access to electrolytes/probiotics combo. But still pretty bad. Should I try amoxicillin 10% powder?

Where is her vent opening in the picture? What is the burgundy thing in her dropping?
Has she been getting feather picked by the other birds? Do they have plenty of room? Does her vent smell bad? Have you used any Nystratin orally or on her vent? What does she eat including treats? Here is some reading about vent gleet:
