In Louisiana and it's over 100 degrees. We lost one last year from the heat so this year we put big industrial fans for them and they're completely in the shade. All the others seem fine but she looked REALLY rough when I got home. I thought maybe egg bound but there's stuff coming out of her so she's not blocked, but now that I look at it I think maybe it's vent gleet? The stuff in the pictures i watched her make a poop stance then that came out. Im torally unfamiliar with vent gleet and kind of at a loss for what is wrong with her or how to help her?
How do I treat this or what are yalls thoughts?

Shes in the nesting box currently panting a lot and her vent throbs with her pants.

She looks to be in crisis.

I'd work on hydration and get some Calcium into her.
That doesn't look like Vent Gleet, it looks like urates, possibly with some albumen (egg whites). Likely she's having a hard time laying an egg or she has a collapsed soft shelled egg she's trying to expel.

Calcium Citrate with D3 can be found at Walmart/CVS in the vitamin aisle. Give her 1 tablet daily, just pull down on the wattles, pop the pill in the beak and let her swallow.
