vent gleet-NEED INSTRUCTIONS!

My three laying hens all have vent gleet (they share a box to sleep in). One is not so bad, the others are proving difficult. Can someone provide a complete list of instructions on how to treat this? I have researched and researched and all the suggestions are different. I desperately need these girls better. I love them very much.
So far I am putting ACV and garlic in their water, washing their bottoms with Epsom salt and putting monistat in their vents and around their vents.
I don't understand giving Epsom salts via mouth, nor can I find info about giving Monistat via the mouth.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
