Please Help

I need some help, I have a Barred Rock Chicken who seemed to have vent greet. Mucus,white/green runny poop. I’ve cleaned the vent starting on Thursday, added canesten around the vent, and slightly in. As of Friday, I started adding in probiotics. However, the poop is more often runny and today I saw some red spots (blood?). Should I start treating for coccidiose, just in case?

She is eating and drinking (water and ACV), walking around the house. Do anyone have suggestions?

Can you get some photos of the poop?
How old is she?
Is her crop emptying overnight?

You mention using Canesten, so I assume you are in the UK? Have you dewormed? If possible, get a fecal float to check for worms and coccidiosis, but if that's not possible, then with blood (intestinal shedding?) consider deworming. Flubendazole or Levamisol would be good choices to use for deworming.
