Advice: stay away from prefab coops, build a bigger coop and run than you think you will need, make sure you have adequate ventilation and build in a well drained area, use hardware cloth not chicken wire.

I would start in our Coop Forum. There are hundreds of coop articles by our members, and some even include blueprints, materials lists, and instructions. I say start there, as you really should have a coop before the chicks because they grow so fast, and that way you're prepared.
