Hi ! I've been treating our sick chicken for 2days now. I've kept her alive with electrolytes, kefer, yogurt/crumble mash, and some garlic water. She had a messy butt last week with maggots!! We cleaned all that up and are using ointment. I brought her inside and shes been in my bathroom for 2 days now. Her comb is dry and laying over, her eyes are closed, lethargic, can't stand up, nasty poop. How can I save her??? Now her beak is opening and closing with her breaths. Im scared I'll lose her today 😢

This is her butt right now. She also has some blue ointment on. She was soaked lastnight. I will soak her again .

I would be concerned that there are still maggots present on the bare area. I would look carefully with a magnifier. Consider spraying Permethrin ready to use spray on her vent area to kill any maggot larvae on the skin. A warm daily or more often soak followed by applying plain triple antibiotic ointment to her skin would be how I would treat it. Maggot larvae can continue to hatch for a few days. Encourage her to eat some wet mushy chicken feed, cooked egg, or tuna. A vitamin with electrolyte or 2 ml of Poultry NutriDrench daily for a couple of days can’t hurt.
