VENT HOLES?? WHERE ARE THEY?

My new incubator has no visible vent holes except two tiny holes on the bottom ends of the unit about the size of matchstick heads, Its a fan incubator...is this normal?? I have to keep popping the lid slightly to descrease the humidity. Is it ok to do this?

That is strange is has no vents or holes for tge air to escape.
Do you have any instructions?
Where did you get it from? Have you asked them where you got it from?

I dont know. I let my hens sit naturally on their eggs.

The manual says its has automatic ventilation and cooling, i dont understand where it is ventilating from though?
