Vent injury

My chicken’s booty is looking a little rough. I’ve soaked it in Chlorhexidine diluted per Gail Damerow’s book. This was taken after I cleaned her up. I’m wondering if she was picking herself to go broody and then got picked by her sisters, based on how far on her undercarriage she is bald. I am keeping her separately in the garage. Any idea what happened? Am I treating properly?
