It seems like a cannibalism or bullying after looking at the wound seems a bad pecking you should wash it with saline or betadine solution
There's a medicine comes Enrofloxacin 10% veterinary medicine
Which is very good at closing wound when use on wound directly & also give orally 10mg per kg very good at healing wound ( my personal experience) and then packed the wound with Mupirocin or Silver Sulfadiazine Ointment

Do this process until the wound is close

Bullying will kill the bird gasping is because lack of blood is loss in the bird and lack of blood is lack of oxygen
Give your bird a warm quite environment
Get
Proovi Boost Multivitamin for birds and give 2-3 drops direct in mouth

Thank you for the feedback. There's no sign of cannibalism. I've talked a Veterinarian. She suspects coccidiosis and prescribed Amprolium 200. I pray this will prevent further mortality. Thanks everyone for the support.
