Vent prolapse? Constipation? Fungal infection?

Hello! Please I need help figuring out what’s wrong with my hen. Earlier in the day, I heard her straining and she is not able to poop. I did see that she had a pasty butt and her crop was not as full as the others. So I gave her an Epson salt bath for about 10 minutes. It doesn’t look like her vent is prolapsed, but it does look like something is coming out of it like poop. I gently tried pulling it out, but I was scared because I’m not sure what it is. So far she’s acting normal other than the straining and I’m not sure if she’s laying since my other road Island Reds lay the same eggs.

She may be having a hard time pooping or expelling some lash material.

I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily to help her expel material.

Give her a good wash up and try to remove all the stuck on clumps of poop and debris.

It also looks like she has a wound under the vent, you may want to take a look at that. It may be due to irritation from urates/poop on the skin or the result of flystrike.
