My hen is about a year old and lays daily. Today I noticed she didn't want to come out of the coop to range so I went to check on her. Her vent is acting like she is trying to push b out. I don't feel any signs of a stick egg and no prolapse. I did notice she seemed short on feathers around her vent. I put her in a bathtub of warm water just in case it was still an egg. She pooed watery stool. Comb is red. I have seen her eat but have not seen her drink. I put her back in the run but one of the other hens started yanking on her butt feathers so we seperated her. Any ideas what could be wrong? I'm worried sick.

This is the best picture I could get. She wasn't very happy about the invasion of her personal space.
