When vent sexing, if there’s no obvious bulge but firm pressure produces a tiny bit of foam….still male right?

Not necessarily. A recently mated female will still be carrying foam.

Oh I did not think of that. Hmmm. So still hope for my male to female ratio for this hatch to improve from 75% male, 25% female for the ones I’ve checked then!

I was thinking we were gonna end up eating a lot of quail!
