Yes I think the vents look good there 
I only asked about the partition because if the vent was above the door I didn't think it would vent the coop very well.
Birds will likely eat the food if it's not in a covered area (then again most chickens will scare them off haha!), it might work for you in the coop, just be careful of rats.
I'd make the coop as dark as you can at night otherwise they'll wake up at first light in Summer, there's no harm in putting a window in though if you wish, I'd just make sure you can black it out for nighttime
