Ventilation during winter

Has anyone figured a way to ventilate the coop during winter? It's been getting cool here and I've manage to keep the coop warmer then outside. My goal is to keep the coop just above freezing through out winter but haven't decided how to ventilate the pleasant odors those critters emit. Any thoughts?

They sell some louvres at Lowes that are gravity fed.

I have one of these with an exhaust fan behind it. In the winter the fan is on a switch
so I can quickly ventilate without losing all the heat. In the summer it will be on a
thermostat.

I also have a little fan that I flush mounted into a panel that fits
over one of the chicken doors. It's just a cheap little fan but it works
perfect for this time of year.

The link didn't work but I will be at Lowes later this week. I do have exhaust fans built into the coop for air circulation in summer but I made them to be covered in winter. I didn't think about exhausting the poo emitions in winter.

I'm also experimenting with using a 1500W heater mounted to the
wall to pull outside air in and heat it. The minor change in pressure
should push interior air out any nooks and crannys in the coop.
Depending on the size of the coop achieving a complete air change
should be possible.

My chickens are in my 12x24 barn which is also a workshop for me.
Heat is important but dust and smell control are also VERY important
since I spend a lot of time in there.
