Ventilation for partial shed conversion

Looking for ideas on what type of ventilation I should add and where to place them in a partial shed conversion. There is a large window in the back and the shed door that I will leave open during the day. All suggestions welcome! Thanks!!

The usual guidelines say that for each adult, standard-sized hen you need:

• 4 square feet in the coop,
• 10 square feet in the run,
• 1 linear foot of roost,
• 1/4 of a nest box,
• And 1 square foot of permanent, 24/7/365 ventilation, preferably located over the birds' heads when they're sitting on the roost.

Gambels are tricky to ventilate because you don't have the ability to create soffit vents high up under the roof.

Where, in general, are you located? Climate matters, especially when considering your housing.

So my hot climate instinct to rip out one of the gable walls and replace it with wire is a no-go then.
