This is our almost finished coop. (Still needs paint and a few little things)
I think that we need a bit more ventilation! (Right under the roof)
I thought about adding another 6 holes in the front and maybe some more in the back of the coop.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated!

Very nice coop! I would agree that you need more ventilation, and it often works best to have openings on opposite sides so you can get cross ventilation. Keeps the coop cooler, and carries away odors. I have two 20x30 windows on my coop, and I leave them partially open in the winter, and fully open in the summer. They are protected by 1/2" hardware wire to keep predators out. I would add more ventilation to both the front and the back, and make it so you can open and close it to control how much air flow so you can have more in warm weather and less in the winter.

Keep the pictures coming!

We will go full row in the front and the back.
The husband is making sliders, so we can regulate them from the inside.
The two windows will get plexi covers for the winter. Again, with an option to slide them in and out.
I was hoping to finish painting today, but Massachusetts is temperamental again and the weather is aweful over here.
With rain coming in the next few days, my girls will have to stay inside with us for a bit longer :(
