Hello, all!

Our hatchery choice pullets are almost three weeks old now, and doing very well! I believe we received four breeds--Black Australorp (that's the chicks we raised before), Barred Rock (look exactly like the pictures of those babies), Buff Orpington (picture attached), and the mystery chicks! They were a red color as chicks, and now that their feathers are coming in, I just can't figure out what they are! Their feathers make me think of an Indian headdress.

I've attached a picture of what I believe is a Buff Orpington, and the second, well, I could use some expertise on it! I just took a picture of the feathers on it. Thanks

Thanks! I just think those feathers are beautiful. It's exciting having a mix of babies and finding out what they are as they grow up!
