The Vermont Bird Fanciers Club is holding their first swap of the year on the 19th from 10-2. There has been a lot of interest so we are expecting a large turnout. This is a tailgate style swap. Anyone can attend. we will have food and a bird raffle. There is a small sellers fee to set up but its free to anyone else. We hope to see you there.

By the sounds of things and the responses I have had there should be a large crowd. As for being to far for you the next one will be in springfield vt which is better for you that will be on May 17th. I will post more info for that one later. The Club will be holding 5 total swaps this year. I will be sure to advertise all, anyone wishing to get more info on the club can contact me, PM me here
 
2nd swap of the year held by the vermont bird fanciers club will be May 17th. The palce will be Wellwood Orchards in Springfield, VT. The address so you can mapquest is 529 wellwood orchards rd springfield vt. The swap is from 10-2. there will be a state vet on hand for testing birds if needed. We will have food available and will be holding a bird raffle. If you need more info let me know and I will get it to you!

Now that the coop is almost built, the mail order hatcheries say that they're backordered through late June... does that mean no eggs (or chicken sandwiches) until the end of the year?

Would be nice to get some birds that do well in our climate, a bit earlier!

Anything of interest to little people (in the 4-8 yo range)?
