Very concerned about my MIL..thoughts?

To answer some questions:

She's not on any medications, she only takes periodic pain relievers, allergy stuff, ect. No RX that she takes daily.

She is only 63.

I don't live with her, so she might be worse than I know. These are just the things I have seen for myself. I think I should talk to my husband a little more about it. I have told him that I am concerned, but the conversation doesn't lead from there. My SIL is the one I have had the more indepth conversations with. I probably should talk to them together and see if they can take my FIL aside and talk to him.

the forgetting conversations etc sounds exactly like my mother - she's 65. I've been worried about her for a while but I'm just the black sheep of the family so no-one listens to me.
