Except for the yellow legs, looks like a Splash Andalusian.

I would vote mutt

the coloring can be the result of one dominent white gene hiding black, such as in the case of a half white Leghorn, and that would also explain the yellow legs......but since she's not standing naturally it's really hard to judge the body shape

Also, she started out as a yellow chick...maybe that helps too?

The body shape is not really Leghorn type, but Rocks also come in white and also have yellow legs. I'm still voting that the coloring is dom white over black.

She might be an Exchequer Leghorn. She is a beautiful hen!
