very dark green poop - lathargic

One of my young Buff's is lathargic. Just sits. Not eating or dirinking. I broungt her in the house last night as we had our first night of 'winter'. I put her on a white towel in the bath tub and noticed her poop is very dark green semi- soft. Her eyes are open and she is alert but she won't eat or drink. I really don't want to loose this sweet little Buffie. Any ideas or possible Rx to help ? THANKS !

Issues to check for are: impacted crop(if her crop is full and you know she has not eaten,impacted crop may be the problem) check for being egg bound,check for mites/lice,look under wings,base of tail feathers,around vent area,check vent area for any issues. These are the starting points. Any discharge for eyes/nostrils,breathing issues.
