Very large swollen chest?

I have three golden sex links that are about four weeks old. They have all been doing great, but about a week or two ago we started noticing one that was getting a rather large chest, and its squishy, very squishy. We thought it might be her crop so we made sure she was eating plenty of commercial chick feed, but it keeps getting bigger and she is half the size of the other two. Maybe its a tumor? She acts completely normal but I have never seen anything like it. Any ideas?
