OK its getting to the point where Im loading the gun. Right now I can hear the pheasants flipping out. The white cat is back for a third time, and it brought a friend. Now theres 2.

I just called her and informed that these cats have been harrasing these birds for the third time. I told her that im shooting on site if they get anywhere near the birds. I just set a large live trap with tuna, and if I catch one im putting it on there steps in the trap, saying final warning.

I dont know why but i dont feel right shooting a cat. Im a big hunter and I love to predator hunt. Mabey its just beacuse I have 2 cats of my own?

But Im ready to shoot if I have too.

And that lady said if any of her cats get harmed shes sueing me. haha

Is that woman insane? What right does she have to say that it's okay for HER cats to be on YOUR property harassing YOUR birds? She obviously doesn't care enough about her cats otherwise, since she has been warned, she would have them inside her house where they would be safe. What a dingbat!

I'm not sure I would have called her again. The paintball paint should have been warning enough.

They are worse then dingbats. Here in Ohio where I live our neighbors are off the wall, their kids do no wrong, when caught by police cutting locks on chains on our gates to their dogs and cats getting into our barns. We were told by the parents to prove it. Hello police has your sons in custody. We have a big wood burning stove outside, it heats ours and my sister in laws house and heats our hot water, does wonders for preditors that have been shot.

Don't feel bad just because you have cats, I'd do away with MY OWN cat if it became a predator to my livestock.

you need to check with your city
in my city cats are not considered property
that means that your allowed to catch and trap the cats and take them to the pound
I would of dont the same thing that you did
and yes the next time it would not be a paint ball gun
if the witch likes her cat so much then she should keep it on her property
tell her that she can shoot your chickens when your chickens o on to her property and try to kill her cats or what ever
if you let your birds free range make sure that you keep them in your yard and out of her garden
