very new, 22 day incubator water test what next, help?

and I think I read somwere if the egg was made, theres a limited time before u can put them in incubator, my dad put new ones in, but I tihnk they were waitin around for a while, but I saw a new egg yesterday

10 days is usually the cut off, but some people get away with longer if they turn 2x a day while waiting
