My girls have been quiet this week. I have to believe it was my hen's broken egg she was screaming about. I haven't heard it since nor has there been another broken egg. Incidentally, my dad has a macaw and as the bird may live 75 years, they were asking who would take him after their death. I said as long as he came with a 100,000 insurance policy so that I could build a sound prof glass enclosure, I would consider. It ticks me off that particular pet is legal in my neighborhood but my hens are not :/
