I pulled a very odd group of items out of the nest box today. One membrane covered yolk accompanied by a membrane covered fluid sack accompanied by what looked like a soggy egg shell. Our hens are about a year old, And I’m not sure if this is from the Swedish Isbar or the Moss Egger. Both have been laying fine until now. Should I just assume this is a fluke, or is this a panic moment?

Hopefully it's a one off fluke.
Looks like 2 softshells eggs.
Maybe 2 yolks were released and this is the end product.

Curious about this blob, I'd separate that part and cut it in half for a look see.
