Very pale, almost gray wattles and comb???

One of our Speckled Sussex hens, about 17 months old,has a very pale comb and wattles. As stated in the title,they are almost gray. She acts normal otherwise,maybe a little slower than usual but still feisty. She has never been much of a layer(maybe 2 eggs a week)but has quit completely now. She's not losing feathers like I'd expect with a molt. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply gardengal! Since none of the other 22 pullets and hens show these symptoms and none of the girls have shown any sign of worms we mostly have ruled that out.
