Very pale light pink comb

Hello i have a question I have a Silver laced Wyandotte and the last 2 days her comb is very light almost a pale pink she usually has a bright red comb and today she is not as active as usual she just looks like she dosent feel good
She is 10 months old
Already checked for mites no mites
i felt around her belly and didnt feel any hard or firm things so i dont think she is egg bound
she is eating not near as much as she normally does
her poo is a bit more runny than usual
any ideas or help would be great i have already gave her a couple drops of nutri-drench

One of my hens did that. I added apple cider vinager to her water & separated her. Within a couple of days she had perked up and looked/acted fine again. Sometimes they just get under the weather like we do. Hope that works for you too- it is an easy fix. Good luck!!!!
