yep I know, it's silly that YOU can come across the border, and get them and go back with them, but I'm not allowed to just ship to you. Or that I can ship threw Canada to Alaska, they just cant stop off on the way??? Government for you..

I dont know of anyone up there either with them, I do get a lot of request from Canada, so if there is, there must not be many.

Yes it's been hard to find them, and every sources I try land up to the US u guys are so lucky

they aint easy by any means. took me years to round up a lot of the colors, finally just started making my own afer I had about 14 base colors to work with. seems the past 5 or so years that they have really taken off in popularity. If you ever come down to the states, I'd be happy to ship you some to where ever you were at...

things are pretty slow but am still getting a few laying

I may have a few birds this fall, but to be honest, I stayed so booked up on egg and chick orders this year that is was hard to keep back much. That and I had one of those off year in them laying, they just never took off like they normally do

Awwww... Sometimes my flock does that, I have had a bad year. Sickness is not fun! I am excited for my next hatch- I am going to put in:Bantams: 5 d'UCCLE eggs, 3 Light Brown Leghorn eggs

Unfortunately, I lost my male Quail d'ANVER due to a unknown sickness. He died quickly, and I got one fertile egg before he died. And of course a storm comes through WI and kills it and takes out another of the 4 embryos left!
