Very sick 3 and half mo turkey!! what do I do?

Ok ... please don't laugh too much. This is what I saw ..

The first thing at the top was what me and the nurse thinks are lungs ... just below it was a nasty looking green thing that she said was normal.
There was one white spot at the top like in the pic. It was solid white, round and hard to the touch. The other spot I seen was not really round but it was on the bend of the organ so that may have distorted it's shape. I swear the nurse lady said it was the lungs!!!

All the turkeys are currently taking metronidazole that was given to me by the vet. I thought I said that, but I may have left it out. I'm really tired!!!
If i can never get rid of it, does that mean I need to just kill my turkeys and never have any? Can I keep my chickens? If i have baby chicks is it safe to sell or give them away?
