Very sick hen, please help!

a couple days ago, I went out to check my chickens, and saw one of my hens laying there. She didn't come greet me like usual, so I picked her up, and she didn't struggle, unlike usual. I separated her, and she eats and drinks fine, but her droppings are yellowish/ green. Her comb is loosing color, and she's only getting worst. She's not laying any eggs, but she is three and a half years old. I don't know what's wrong.

Has she been laying? If not maybe she is egg bound. Can you feel if she has an egg inside? Put "egg bound" in the search box, it should come up with treatment of it.
