Very Sick Hen

I Have A Hen Which Started Out Sneezing And Now Is Very Congested. She Has Clear Thick Mucus And Has Trouble Breathing. I've Ordered A An Injectable Antibiotic (tylon) Which I Hope Will Work. This Is The 3rd Chick That Has Gotten Sick. Not Sure At This Point What To Do Except To Empty The Coop And Give It A Good Cleaning With A Clorox Mixture. Any Help Is Appreciated.

Our sick hen died sometime yesterday afternoon.

I'm very worried about the remaining chicks. Our weather today will be 109' in the shade w/ heat index.
