very sick pullet

I have a 3 week old pullet who wont eat,comb feels cold,droopy looking,wont eat or drink,she has a swelled up butt but has been this way for years.black poop on vent.,sorry she is 3 years old.i just lost one about 2 weeks ago.i checked on line and it seemed as though she had cancer,now im not sure,my friends chicken got the same way took his to a vet for autopsy,said it had a broke egg inside of it.wwhat can I do I would really hate to lose Sophia too

From the few symptoms you describe it sounds like she may be 'egg bound'. For info on how to treat, go to the learning tab - maintaining a healthy flock. There is a tab for egg bound.
