Good morning from a frosty France!
I've incubated eggs over the years with much success but this time i've tried with my own eggs and ugh, not good. Out of 6 eggs, 3 hatched, 1 has died already the other two look very sickly. None of them seem to have had any energy at all, they have not fluffed up properly, their tiny feathers have dried but almost with a residual on them. Before i transferred them to the brooder, they appeared to lay on their backs and their legs would shake I'm sure there are a thousand and one things which could have gone wrong but it's the first time I've seen this and would love an idea of where things went wrong. :(

Are they dry to the touch? If their down is crunchy to the touch, dried, they may need cleaning gently with a warm damp cloth. Make sure their eyes are clear and that there's nothing blocking their nares.

Get them in the brooder to fully dry up after this, what heat method are you using? Can they escape the heat? What is the temp?

Do you have some nutridrench or sugar water on hand? if so, I would try and give them a drop.

When did they hatch? Are their yolks fully absorbed, naval looks normal?
Are their vents clear? Are they pooping at all?
