Very sleepy chicken

Noticed this yesterday: my chicken is very sleepy, her secretions in her mouth are stringy and thick also noticed a little bit of green poop. What is wrong with my hen?

how old is she? any breathing problems? anyone else sick?

Is she swelled up and is her lower body bloated and mushy? Does she walk slowly and robotically?

No swelling in belly area. I took her to my vet yesterday. He checked her over and gave her an antibiotic & wormer. This morning she is still sleeping in the coup. She is not doing alot of walking around but she will stand and sleep.
