Very small egg

We have barred rocks and rhode islands, not sure which hen it is but she's laying eggs the size of maybe a robin. When we open the eggs, the yolk is mush and runny. Does anyone know what this could be?

When chickens first start laying their eggs are very small.

They will be a year old next month. We had some small and extra large eggs when they first started laying. We get the tiny eggs randomly, I'm just wondering why the yolk isn't firmed up. It's a runny egg and doesn't look right.
