Very small pink eggs?

My 9 month old Silkie/Ameraucana just started laying, and they are small pink eggs. I thought they were supposed to be blue or green. Was I told the wrong breed? The pic is 3 months ago.

Probably a silkie/Easter egger cross. I would love pink eggs!

Thank you! She is very friendly and has layed for 9 days straight. The eggs are small but really good!!

They may get a little bigger but I doubt they’ll ever be large eggs. I don’t think pink is common so you have a rare gem
