Very small soft egg??

I have a hen who keeps laying these and I’m not sure why? My other hens lay perfectly fine and on layer feed (Grubbly Farms) with additional oyster shells. Anybody have a clue why a hen keeps laying like this? Seems to be filled with clear fluid..

Sounds like it might be a fairy egg/yolkless egg. How old is she? Some pullets lay those when they just start laying. Has she laid normal eggs before? If so when did she start laying small eggs? Could you post a picture, maybe with some size comparison?
