Very strange circumstance I need EVERY1

UPDATE: well today I went in front of the board and its sort of complicated, but they're going to think about changing the rule, they said it's basically a pain in the butt to change the CCNR like that but he's gonna do some research. BUT, in the rule it says "no fowl allowed" it technically doesn't say no waterfowl
They're 2 very different species soooo?

Yes fowl does cover waterfowl sadly
But hopefully he will do research
And be a kind person and let you get ducks and hens lol

That makes sense. They might have to have a lawyer change the contracts everyone signed, and everyone who lives there would need to sign the new agreement, which does sound like a ginormous hassle if that's the case.

I think you could go with the argument that fowl and waterfowl are different. I mean, it can't hurt to try. I think of fowl as being the land birds - turkeys, chickens, quail - as opposed to waterfowl. If they wanted to use a word that included waterfowl, the rule should say "poultry". That's what I would argue anyway ;)

So in the mean time, did they say that you can keep your ducks?
