very swollen crop

I am very concerned about my Buff Orpington,Buffy. For about 4 days het crop has been very swollen. In the morning it is smaller, but by evening it is huge again. I did some research and am giving her water with acv and i also gave her sone olive oil. I tried to lay her on her side to get her to regergitate but she would not let me do that. I am worriedabout her, she is our favaorite hen. Any suggestions would be apreciated.
