VERY URGENT: Impacted Gizzard!!!

I agree, I'd check her crop first thing in the morning one more time. If it's still full and squishy in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, then I'd begin treat her.

It may be worth deworming her too.
Safeguard liquid goat dewormer can be found at stores like TSC. Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
Okay, thank you so much Wyorp!!! I'll update y'all in the morning!

Good Morning @Wyorp Rock, @Eggcessive, @aart, and anyone else! This morning, I opened up the door to the room she was in and she was right by the door and walked out!!!!!!!! She hasn't done that in a long time!!! She usually is drinking water and then very lethargically lays down by the door all day and is so sick she hardly opens her eyes! Then she started pecking around at everything... AND SHE EVEN STARTED EATING!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I went to clean up her poop (which is hardly anything but water) I noticed a huge sac of grass even bigger than the first!!!!!!! Thats why she feels so much better!!!!!!!!!! Thank y'all SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! I can't thank y'all enough for helping me and my baby!!!!!

Here is her 2nd poop this morning:

@Eggcessive, I had been putting grinding grit in their food but ran out... I will try to continue doing it! Thank you so much for your input!:D
I am so happy to hear she is feeling better, when you get more grit you should put it in a separate small bowl so they can eat it freely rather than it being mixed with their food. Make sure you get flint grit or mixed flint/oystershell grit.

Also I would personally keep her away from grass for a few days longer or at least until you get more grit just to ensure everything is able to clear and doesn't get blocked again.

Thank you @OwO!!!! What type of bowl should I use to put the grit in? I use washed granite grit... I will keep her away from grass... there is no grass in their chicken coop (they ate it all!😂) so should I put her back with her friends or keep her inside for a few more days? Thanks so much everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😁

Granite grit is good too as it's insoluble (oystershell is needed as well to give calcium for frequently laying hens but is soluble, so it will dissolve). Any bowl is fine but you don't need a big one - I just use a small one that attaches to the side of their other feeders or onto their mesh fence. I have one for flint grit and a separate one for oystershell. Something like this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Supa-Cage-Cups-Pack-12/dp/B00DYTMMA0

If you just search "poultry cup" or "chicken grit bowl" or something similar you'll find different options since I doubt you'll need 12.

Maybe keep her inside for another day so you can monitor her poo and make sure it turns back to normal.
