Very weird...Hen? or Roo? confused

I guess I have to be a contrarian here and guess girl. My EE pullet's hackles are more developed (pointy and puffy) than any of my other girls and yours may be an extreme variant.

I am bothered that not only are there no spurs and a smaller comb, but I dont see sickle tail feathers nor do I see the prominant pointed saddle feathers a cockerel should be sprouting. I would reserve judgement and wait for an egg or a crow.
