second batch of eggs, first one pipped (and is still peeping inside) this morning about 16 hours ago. HOWEVER the inner membrane is VERY white/parchment like and seems to be getting dryer by the hour. I googled a bit and moistened ever so slightly with a wet warm paper towel but am def a bit worried at this point. See picture below - lmk what you think! Certainly odd since other than switching to hatch mat 2 days ago I didnt open the incubator and have been on top of the humidity. Thoughts?

That still looks ok to me. It's when it starts to go brown that you start to worry - coconut oil (or any cooking oil) can be applied to keep it supple if that happens. But you could dab a bit on with a q-tip if you are worried - just be careful not to block up the hole in the membrane with oil.
