Their heat plate should be enough if they can fit under it. 80 degrees F is good for a sick chick, but you don’t want to overheat the ones who are not sick.

I’m no expert, but we just picked up some chicks a couple hours from home on a rainy/chilly day and a few of them started sneezing the next day- I couldn’t remember ever having chicks sneeze before so I was panicking. Out of 9 chicks 3 were sneezing almost constantly, I bought vet RX and rubbed a bit on their beaks and put a couple drops on the shavings where they slept and a couple drops in the water- after 2 days they all stopped sneezing and are doing great- I couldn’t believe it helped so quickly! So just an option you could try. Hope your chicks feel better soon!
A quick Google search reveals VetRx isn't really available in my country... as I can see it mostly consists out of herbs? We probably have other similar products. I was thinking about giving them something like that too.
This morning the chick seemed as fine as the other two again.
Well it seems that the antibiotics are working then, that’s good to hear!
What antibiotic are you using? Tylan or tylosin is very good, and oxytetracycline and doxycycline are others used. Good luck, and glad that you got them started on antibiotics. Viruses do not respond to antibiotics, but the AB’s may treat if there are any secondary infections.
