VetRX dosage help!!

I have a sick chick too! Here is a picture I have been giving her nutri dench and probiotics and antibiotics and recently got the vet RX. And not sure how much to give her. She's going on 4 days of being congested and weak, but she's still alive so maybe I can save her. Any suggestions?

I know this is old but I'm going to post because I feel bad for all the people that think that RX is going to cure whatever their chickens have. Also there are essential oils in it and too much essential oils can do the opposite to any person or animal so I would be leery on a baby chick.
However my favorite baby chick got sick as well when I got my 23 chicks delivered 2 weeks ago. She showed up a week and gasping for air after a few days. VetRx is not going to fix that. Tylan (while I was waiting for a vet) wasn't working but didn't do anything bad. The vet gave me a prescription of Sulfatrim at .03 twice a day. She came around beautifully.
I love all natural too. And all of our chickens are on organic soy-free feed. But I guess I have to be logical and know that they're going to get sick and they're going to need antibiotics. Sigh
