Vibrating duckling?

I was hand feeding some peas and corn to my girls and two of them walked up right to me but the third sat in the back for a little. When the other two walked away, I showed her some and dropped them in the water and she came. Then as I continued to hand feed her head and neck started vibrating?? And it seems like she was lunging a little bit but missed the peas. They’ve been panting all day but after she drank some cool water, she stopped. Is this normal?

That is your problem then. She was probably overheating. Try putting a fan in the coop and freezing water bottles and placing them around in the coop. Make sure they always have water close by and offer lots of frozen treats in the heat of the day. Make sure the run has shade and that there is always standing water in the run so they can soak their feet. Good luck!
